Invitations & signing in

I never got my invitation email. Check spam, and search your inbox for “Complete your attendee information”. Still nothing? The invite may have gone to a different address — ask the organizers to confirm which email they used, or to resend it. My invitation link expired. Invitations last 30 days. Ask the organizers (or [email protected]) for a fresh one — your progress isn’t lost. I signed in and my event isn’t there. You probably used a different email than the one that was invited. Sign out, sign back in with the invited address — or click the invitation link again.

Onboarding

The Continue button won’t work. A required field on the page is empty — scroll up and look for highlighted fields. The usual suspects: t-shirt size on Profile, flight details on Travel, and the typed signature on Review. The documents step says “getting your documents ready” forever. Preparation normally takes seconds. If it’s genuinely stuck, leave and come back later — your progress is saved. Still stuck after a few hours? Email us. I made a mistake and already submitted. Travel you can edit yourself from your event page. For anything else, email [email protected] — corrections are quick on our end.

Parents & guardians

My parent didn’t get their email. Resend it from the Parent/Guardian card on your event page, and have them check spam for an email about signing consent forms. They can also recover their link themselves via Parent or guardian on the Attend home page. My parent’s link says it expired or was already used. Resend from your event page — a fresh link fixes both.

Tickets & event day

The Apple/Google Wallet button isn’t there. That event isn’t issuing wallet passes — use Download PDF or show the QR on your event page instead. My wallet pass won’t add. Try from the event page in your phone’s browser (not a desktop), and make sure your registration is Complete. My phone died at the door. Staff can look you up by name at the registration desk. You will still get in. 🙂

Messages

I’m not getting emails from Attend. Check spam and unblock/allow the sender. If an email to you bounced, we pause sending to that address — email [email protected] from a working address and we’ll fix it up.

Anything else

Email [email protected]. Include the event name and the email address you signed in with — it makes everything faster.
